Since 2020, Dr. Parker has been the executive director of USATA, and in 2023, he became a senior business planning analyst for the United States Army Materiel Command, where he acts as a global logistics manager for the Army and various Department of Defense interests. Throughout his career, Dr. Parker has pursued extensive education to execute his roles better, and he holds a Doctor of Management from the University of Phoenix, a Master of Strategic Studies from the United States Army War College, and a Master of Public Administration from Western Kentucky University.
