HAUGO Having accumulated over five decades of professional experience, Thomas B. Haugo is a proven expert in the field of military administration. Since 2017, he has excelled as the military outreach director for the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) in Minnesota. A decorated veteran himself, Mr. Haugo previously served in the United States Army for two years and later in the United States Army Reserve for another 28 years, ultimately achieving the rank of colonel prior to retiring from his service. Since 2018, he has served on the veteran advisory council for Third Minnesota District Representative Dean Phillips. Furthermore, he remains active as a member of the National Museum of the United States Army and the Blue Devil Association. To commemorate his achievements, he has been honored with numerous accolades, most recently including the Minnesota ESGR Committee Award for Outstanding Performance in 2020. He also holds seven merit awards and a myriad of service medals, which serve as a testament to his military accomplishments. For over a decade, Jordan Reece Landes has cultivated a successful career as a government employee, working under the Department of Defense and the United States Patent and Trademark Office. After serving as an intelligence analyst for the United States Air Force from 2011 to 2016, he went on to become a flight attendant aboard the Boeing E-4 “Doomsday Plane,” supporting the President’s missions and accompanying the Secretary of Defense overseas. Mr. Landes was subsequently hired by the United States Patent and Trademark Office, where he hosts and facilitates events and meetings to inform patent-seekers on proper U.S. and international standards. Prior to this position, he spent two years as a passport agent for the U.S. Department of Defense. From 2020 to 2023, Mr. Landes served as an overseas representative for the U.S. Air Force at the Defense Attaché Office in Afghanistan, where he oversaw the evacuation process after the office was invaded by the Taliban.
