She attended the SCS Institute, earning a certificate in computer programming in 1989 and laying the foundation for her business career. Ms. Smart began working in payroll management and accounting in the late 1990s, and she joined Robert Half International Inc. as a payroll specialist in 2006. She would remain with Robert Half for the next 12 years, during which time she concurrently worked with Asset Management Specialists LLC, South Mill Champs, and AmQuip Crane Rental. Building on the in-depth knowledge she developed during her time as a payroll manager and her desire to help others, Ms. Smart became an independent insurance agent in 2010, beginning nine years of entrepreneurship. Ms. Smart excelled as a payroll manager for South Mill Champs between 2019 and 2024, ultimately resigning from the company in order to pursue her growing coaching and counseling company full-time. She remains dedicated to expanding her reach as transformational life coach, and she is looking forward to transforming the lives of those who are passionate and ready to enjoy the journey of living their best life. Ms. Smart’s counseling philosophy is to accept her clients for who they are and what they have experienced, in addition to respecting where they are in their spiritual journey while providing holistic services. Outside of her primary practice, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and enjoying the wonders life has to offer. Ms. Smart also remains active as a volunteer for organizations benefiting individuals of all ages, having previously served as an assistant leader for the Girl Scouts of the United States of America for 12 years.
