735 Millennium - Seventeenth Edition SOCIAL SERVICES AND NONPROFIT Dr. Patricia Stovall-Lane draws upon over 20 years of professional experience as a proven expert in the fields of community development and public service. Since 2007, she has excelled as the executive director of workforce development and administration at PathStone Corporation. The private nonprofit organization offers a suite of public services in New York, New Jersey, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Vermont and Puerto Rico. As a leader within the enterprise, Dr. Stovall-Lane oversees hiring, budgeting, training and developmental activities in New York, Vermont and Ohio. Dr. Stovall-Lane originally joined PathStone in 2002 as a regional administrator, a role in which she operated until 2007. Additionally, from 2003 to 2007, she served as the director of training and employment programs. Prior to her current endeavors, she was a field manager for wireless retail in Rochester, New York between 2001 and 2002. During the early stages of her career, Dr. Stovall-Lane was a senior manager of local operations at the Frontier Corporation and Global Crossing Ltd. between 2000 and 2001. Ever committed to her profession, Dr. Stovall-Lane remains affiliated with several industry-related organizations. To wit, she is a member of the board of directors of the Association of Farmworker Opportunity Programs, the Monroe County’s Workforce Development Board, the Eastern Regional Alliance of Farmworker Advocates and the Delta Association for Rural Initiatives. As part of her vocational journey, Dr. Stovall-Lane also pursued a formal education. Originally attending Empire State University, she earned a BS in human services in 2015 and an MA in social policy in 2018. She ultimately concluded her studies by achieving a Doctor of Theology in 2022. Additionally, Dr. Stovall-Lane is certified as a life coach and a workforce development professional. In light of her fulfilling career, she has largely attributed her success to her faith, which in turn helps her motivate others. Likewise, in accounting for her accomplishments, she is particularly proud of her work as a skilled leader.
