He represents the bank before various groups and community events. Long dedicated to community service and support activities, Mr. Burns initially distinguished himself during his studies at Northwestern State University, where he received a BA in upper elementary education and was twice elected as class president. He later earned an MA in educational administration at Pepperdine University. Mr. Burns has also worked as an independent operator in the petroleum and natural gas industry, as well as a horse breeder and bakery owner. Furthermore, he is a member of several community organizations, including local chapters of Rotary International and the Lions Club, and he is the board chair of the North Louisiana American Red Cross. Mr. Burns credits his success to his parents, who encouraged him to be actively involved in various clubs in high school, thus cementing his future dedication to community service. Living by the motto of “start early, finish late,” he aspires to continue living each day to its fullest and excelling at his current endeavors. Valencia Lorissaint Campbell, LMSW, is a social worker whose career has included work in emergency, psychiatric, and youth correctional settings. She was naturally drawn to the field of social work by her experiences finding accessible care for her daughter’s undiagnosed health conditions and her own sessions with a social work therapist. Ms. Campbell began her career as an adolescent residential counselor for Carp Inc. working with youth in the judicial system, a position that shaped her approach to practice and left her with a passion for helping young adults. Since 2021, Ms. Campbell has served as a traveling social worker for GHR Healthcare. Furthermore, since 2022, she has worked with the Baptist Health Boca Raton Regional Hospital as a social work case manager, where she screens emergency patients and oversees discharge planning. Having previously pursued a formal education, she holds a BSW from Florida Atlantic University and an MSW from Barry University. In the coming years, Ms. Campbell hopes to become a fully licensed social worker and begin a motivational sp eaking career based on sharing her personal experiences with others.
