Jackson has served her community as the director of the Leflore County Humane Shelter since 2019. As director, she oversees facilities and maintenance, personnel training and management, and ensures the cats and dogs the shelter houses receive high-quality care and are matched to loving permanent homes. Before joining the animal shelter, Ms. Jackson found more than a decade of success as a leader in retail and small business settings. Though proud of her work with the Leflore County Humane Shelter, Ms. Jackson considers her greatest achievement to be the impact she has had on her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She cites her fight against cancer as a formative experience that left her with a renewed sense of endurance and commitment to service. Ms. Jackson remains passionate about her work in animal care and hopes to find a successor while beginning to plan her retirement in the coming years. DIRECTOR Leflore County Humane Shelter Greenwood, MS Drawing strength from a deep and abiding commitment to his Christian faith, Robert L. Lange has distinguished himself as a board member of the Bridgeport-Spaulding Community School District, which serves Bridgeport Charter Township, Michigan. Having served in this role since 1993, he is likewise dedicated to supporting various nonprofit Christian ministries throughout the local area and further abroad. Mr. Lange has otherwise volunteered through Habitat for Humanity to build houses in Papua New Guinea. Driven to serve the community to the best of his ability, he similarly aspires to bring meaning to the lives of others and help fellow worshippers understand what it means to be a follower and ambassador of Jesus. Outside of his contributions to his faith, Mr. Lange demonstrated proficiency across the span of over four decades in the technical field. During this time, he was at the forefront of various state-of-the-art technological advancements. Extensively certified in both business and computer information systems, Mr. Lange previously worked for such prominent companies as General Motors, Electronic Data Systems, Hewlett Packard, HP Enterprise and DXC Technology, beginning in 1977.
