758 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine TECHNOLOGY Brian Boling has earned distinction as the chief executive officer at Procon Analytics LLC. The automotive company utilizes “Internet of Things” technology to develop their intelligent services platform, the Pileus Platform, for rapid scalability into high-volume, cost-sensitive and vertically integrated solutions. Well-regarded for his pioneering role in the area of IoT applications, particularly those leveraging GPS technology, Mr. Boling hails from a wealth of experience in technological development and business leadership that extends over 30 years. Beginning his career at the Philips Consumer Electronics Company, Mr. Boling went on to lead the Far East division through the highest period of growth in the company’s history. Among his accomplishments in this role, he spearheaded the development of new industrial facilities throughout Indonesia and Malaysia, and he helped the company surmount considerable labor challenges in Western Europe. Mr. Boling subsequently served as the general manager of Philips’ television business in the United States. Venturing into the world of entrepreneurship, Mr. Boling became involved with several start-up companies, including SecureAlert Inc. and Procon GPS, the latter of which later became Spireon Inc. in 2012. He also served as the chief executive officer at Connected Holdings, an intelligent services platform that successfully incubated several IoT start-ups and connected automobile technology solutions, which served as the basis for what would become Procon Analytics in 2017. Mr. Boling initially studied logistics at the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, where he earned a BA in 1980. A decade later, he returned to the university to achieve an MBA in 1990. In light of his achievements, Mr. Boling is proud to have started several new businesses from scratch, finding profitability in each of his ventures. He credits much of his success to his focus on others; as an excellent recruiter, his has always focused on surrounding himself with intelligent and talented colleagues.
