242 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine EDUCATOR, TRAINER, PRESENTER Tools for Motherhood Topeka, KS EDUCATION Tony DelaRosa has cultivated a fulfilling career as an educator, scholar-activist and consultant. Specializing in initiatives focused on diversity, equity and inclusion, he has served as founder and chief executive officer of Tony Rosa Speaks LLC since 2018. He has participated in public speaking engagements and conducted a wealth of community-engaged research pertaining to Asian American policies and practices, including serving as a contributing editor for the Harvard Asian American Policy Review, co-president of the PanAsian Coalition for Education and member of the AAPI Coalition of Wisconsin. He was named by Madison 365 Magazine as one of Wisconsin’s most influential Asian American leaders. Mr. DelaRosa previously achieved an MEd from Harvard University. He is pursuing a PhD at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, researching how leaders and coalitions build cross-racial solidarity with Asian Americans. He is the author of the 2023 book, “Teaching the Invisible Race: Embodying a Pro-Asian American Lens in Schools.” He has taught organizations such as Airbnb, Molson Coors, Bain & Co and Teach for America how to strengthen their own cross-cultural solidarity and was recently honored with the 2023 Community Trailblazer Award from the Asian American Foundation. CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, FOUNDER Tony Rosa Speaks LLC Wisconsin Dr. Mary S. Duncan is an educator and trainer who has dedicated her career to helping schools and organizations develop and implement effective programming. She holds an MA in teaching from Friends University and earned a PhD in education at Walden University, graduating with honors. For over 30 years, she has taught at various levels of education and has remained a valued community advocate, including working with parents’ groups. Dr. Duncan is a former instructor and student teaching supervisor for Washburn University, having also spent more than seven years as a training director and coordinator for more than 2,400 employees of the state of Kansas. Since 2016, she has excelled as a graduate-level instructor at Friends University, working with pre-service and midcareer educators in virtual classrooms. As a noted speaker and presenter, Dr. Duncan has presented on parent involvement in schools at Oxford University, the Belize International Symposium and many others.
