MICHELLE D. RAUCH Attributing her success to her resilience and commitment to education, Dr. Michelle D. Rauch has earned distinction through her roles in academia over the last 20 years. She has served as an online professor at Grand Canyon University since 2006, teaching the most recent strategies and methods in adult learning. She has also created innovative and experiential learning environments at Houston Christin University since 2020. Dr. Rauch also generates policy, structure, and learner and client engagement. Among her accomplishments, Dr. Rauch is proud to have designed Arizona Christian University’s first online program, where her work was recognized four years in a row. Well-regarded for her insight into instructional design and technology, she has authored several written works via ProQuest, including 2016’s “Strategies in the Classroom; Are They Working?” Dr. Rauch initially studied at Arizona State University, graduating with a BA in 2004. She subsequently attended the University of Phoenix and earned an MA in curriculum and instruction in 2006. Concluding her academic efforts, she achieved an EdD in organizational leadership at Grand Canyon University in 2015 and an MS in instructional design and technology at Purdue University Global in 2021. Dr. Juergen Rauleder teaches and conducts aerospace research at the Georgia Institute of Technology. He teaches undergraduate and graduate classes in aerodynamics and rotorcraft engineering, in addition to operating as the associate director of the Army, Navy, and NASA Vertical Lift Research Center of Excellence. Furthermore, he directs the large Harper Wind Tunnel at Georgia Tech. Dr. Rauleder received a master’s degree from the University of Stuttgart and a PhD from the University of Maryland under the guidance of Professor Gordon Leishman. He is an associate fellow of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA), and he serves on the AIAA Applied Aerodynamics Committee and on the VFS Aerodynamics Technical Committee. Alongside his duties in teaching and directing his dynamic research program, Dr. Rauleder takes pride in advising and mentoring his students and research employees. He dedicates most of his professional success to his commitment to his students, many of whom in the meantime have moved on to their own successful engineering careers. In the coming years, he intends to continue mentoring and educating the nextgeneration engineering workforce, publishing additional research, and developing high-impact technology products for his sponsors.
