She is a member of the Diversity Alliance for Science Inc., the Women Business Enterprise National Council and the Worldwide Women's Association. Moving forward, Dr. Rodgers-Gamble aims to further expand CR Clinical. She also strives to offer more opportunities to train those interested in entering the clinical research industry and to create new employment avenues. At CR Clinical, Dr. Chardae RodgersGamble has made a significant impact by facilitating greater diversity in the field of clinical trials. Through clinical research masterclasses and internships, CR Clinical has helped remove barriers to entry and empowered historically underrepresented applicants to thrive in clinical research settings. As the company’s chief executive officer, Dr. Rodgers-Gamble’s innovative platforms have streamlined the trial process and improved efficiency. In addition to her work with CR Clinical, she is the chief research officer and co-founder of Jackson Taylor Therapeutics, established in 2023. While attending Pennsylvania State University as an undergraduate, Dr. Rodgers-Gamble focused on physics, biology and chemistry. However, while working in a laboratory, she participated in the research for a phase four clinical study, which sparked her passion for the field. She completed a Bachelor of Science in life sciences in 2008 and went on to earn a Master of Science in clinical research administration at Walden University.
