Today, Ms. Omavuezi continues to attend various training and certification courses. Ms. Omavuezi credits her success to her upbringing in Nigeria. From a young age, she was taught that she had “warrior DNA” and should never give up. She is grateful for her parents’ encouragement and for the early opportunity she was given to work in her father’s office, where she learned the importance of continued education and giving back to society. Her early career included more than five years working with the Nigeria Court of Appeal Headquarter in Abuja, Nigeria, as a senior officer. Beyond her professional life, Ms. Omavuezi is a devoted mother to two children, with whom she loves spending time when not working. Looking toward the future, she seeks to make a difference by earning new certifications and expanding Omega Staffing Solutions Inc. Ms. Omavuezi also hopes to raise further awareness of mental health issues, especially in underprivileged countries. She also aims to purchase family units and provide affordable housing to some of the families she works with, as well as shelters that can operate as lodging for women and children survivors of domestic abuse. Ms. Omavuezi is a servant leader and believes that she stands in the spotlight to demonstrate and show the possibilities that come with every impossibility. From a young age, she recognized her great compassion toward humanity, describing herself as a lay minister with no credentials and elected to serve humanity.
