Prior to Everise, he operated as a senior attorney at The Russell Friedman Law Group LLP. As part of his vocational journey, Mr. Arzberger earned a BA in politics and law at Binghamton University, an MS in negotiation and conflict resolution at Columbia University, and a JD at the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. As Everise’s senior vice president of legal and compliance, Mr. Arzberger is responsible for a wide range of corporate matters. He handles employment issues and corporate contract review and serves as the company’s Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliance officer. In a legal capacity, he represents the company in arbitration and litigation for employment disputes. Likewise, he reviews master service agreements, lease agreements and employment matters, such as Title VII issues and employee disputes. Ever committed to his work, he strives to always remain updated on new law developments to ensure compliance. Mr. Arzberger has been proud of Everise’s significant growth since he joined the company. Under his guidance, the legal department has kept pace with this expansion, though his greatest source of pride lies in the department’s exceptional performance, as it has progressed and grown to ensure constant compliance and to provide necessary legal counsel. In the coming years, Mr. Arzberger aims to significantly expand Everise and enhance his role as general counsel.
