She received her education from the University of Florida, where she graduated with a BS in business management in 2007 and a JD from the university’s Levin College of Law in 2011. As a managing shareholder at Boyle, Leonard & Anderson, P.A.’s office in Tampa, Florida, she represents large national home builders, general contractors, architects, engineers and subcontractors in construction-related insurance cases. Additionally, she oversees employees and staff. Ms. Anderson was instrumental in achieving a settlement in the Florida International University’s bridge collapse case and in the Champlain Towers collapse in 2021. In both cases, her efforts resulted in favorable rulings from state and federal courts. For her outstanding performance, she was named Litigation Counsel of the Year and a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2023. In the future, Ms. Anderson plans to further her growth and success by expanding her representation of national home builders to encompass the entire United States. She also aims to one day represent every national contractor in the country. Jean-Noel Benhamou has established himself as a distinguished legal professional, known for his expertise in corporate and business immigration law and global workforce mobility. As an executive managing partner at Ben Hamou Benchetrit Law Group since 2013, Mr. Benhamou has crafted numerous innovative solutions in order to help set his firm apart.
