Over the next five years, she hopes to offer a broad range of classes in leadership, sales training and personal branding, in addition to launching a networking community for women to learn from experienced executives. Ms. Patel is proud to have broken many records as a young female executive in a maledominated industry, and she aims to continue paving the way for other women in the field. Outside of her work in business leadership, she plans to write a book and remains dedicated to establishing a nonprofit organization to help victims of child sex trafficking. Parita Patel is an entrepreneur and executive leader with more than 15 years of diverse business management experience to her credit. Since 2021, she has served as the owner of Parita Health LLC, a health insurance agency based in Tampa, Florida, with more than 85 agents in its employ. Since its inception, Ms. Patel’s company has developed a reputation for personal service and professional excellence, which earned her a 2022 U.S. Health Group #1 Personal Producer of the Year Award. Ms. Patel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Florida. She began her career in 2011 as a merchandise planning business analyst for Target Corporation. She then became an associate financial planner for the boutique retailer Charming Charlie in 2013, departing two years later to launch her own successful jewelry business. While successful in business management, wellness had long been a passion for Ms. Patel, and in 2016, she became the chief operating officer of 4U-Fitness LLC, where she remained until transitioning into the health insurance sector in 2019.
