Over the course of his career, he has primarily operated as a personal assistant, vocational coordinator and administrative department head. Deciding to switch careers to obtain greater job security, he enrolled in Northcentral University, where he earned an MBA in public administration in 2017 and a DBA in human resource management with top honors in 2022. Dr. Turley also holds a BS in general psychology from Fort Hays State University, and he is a member of the Delta Mu Delta International Business Honor Society and the National Honor Society of Business and Leadership. In 2017, Dr. Turley started Savage Fitness, his own fitness training business. Possessing a keen interest in fitness, he has extensive experience in strength training and CrossFit, and he is fully licensed with the International Sports Science Association in group, geriatric, corrective and general fitness, as well as strength training, conditioning and powerlifting. Through Savage Fitness, he provides personal training sessions to clients both in their homes and online. Prior to founding Savage Fitness, he cofounded RT-Plumbing LLC in 1994, where his father serves as the master plumber. Dr. Turley continues to handle the company’s finances and management today. Making a difference in people’s lives remains deeply important to Dr. Turley, and he believes that he can help beyond physical therapy. To better serve others, he hopes to expand his market share and cover a wider global position so he can train clients in other countries online. Looking ahead, Dr. Turley also aims to open his own gym in Scott City, Kansas, and expand his online business worldwide to train college, professional and elite athletes remotely. To progress his current endeavors, he plans to continue expanding into other cities while also investing 10% to 12% of his earnings into advertising. DUSTIN D.
