SOCIAL SERVICES AND NONPROFIT Ms. Morales intends to continue learning as a leader through a course offered by the University of Southern California. In addition, she plans to explore real estate investment so that she can help those with financial difficulties retain ownership of their homes. A proud mother, she enjoys spending time in nature with her four children and is active in her church. own personal accomplishments but by the accomplishments of her staff and clients. She trains her staff personally and emphasizes building long-term relationships with them and is proud to have maintained many of her professional relationships since beginning her administrative career in 2001. In the future, Ms. Morales intends to concentrate on her clients’ care, widen her reach, and spread knowledge about developmental disabilities to encourage greater community support and integration. While her facility can currently accommodate five clients, she plans to open a day program to increase her caseload to up to 80 clients, including older adults up to age 55. Ms. Morales strives to empower her clients, allow them to advocate for themselves, and establish themselves in the community through employment opportunities.
