102 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine Falah Tuba Al-Hadid is the president of Technical Resolution LLC, where he leverages over five decades of public and private sector leadership expertise to oversee strategic growth, management and scheduling functions. A United States Marine Corps veteran, he began his civilian career working with the Model Cities Program, serving as the director of the Central Employment Agency in 1968. In this position, he aided Vietnam veterans with readjustment and employment opportunities. In 1973, Mr. Al-Hadid was selected to participate in the SBA 8(a) program, operating as the president of P&B Services, which successfully provided support for the U.S. Army and Navy Trident submarine bases and the Alyeska Pipeline. He was also the president of Fresh Flavor Meals Inc., which built a food manufacturing plant to produce Meals Ready-To-Eat (MREs) and offered training and employment opportunities for community residents. Mr. Al-Hadid continues to maintain his passion for workforce development and human services. In light of his fulfilling career, he is particularly proud to have utilized his skills to promote equity while building several successful businesses.
