Possessing over 20 years of experience, LaKendra D. Smalley has thrived as a business owner, entrepreneur and community leader. In 2010, she founded the Global Life Coach Training and Entrepreneur Institute, where she serves as the owner and chief executive officer. As a master coach, Ms. Smalley has guided thousands across various industries, instilling responsibility and a commitment to leading with love. Her company embodies her mission to unite diverse people globally and cultivate the next generation of influential leaders. She also created the trademark ICARE Global Heart Model to help leaders guide their teams with love and impact. Ms. Smalley’s career began as an educational behaviorist focused on special education support, where she excelled from 2004 to 2019. During this time, she worked with organizations including Your Sistah-Girl Coaching & Educational Services and H.Y.P.E KIDZ NATION Inc., which she founded in 2005. After retiring, she continued to partner with school districts to tackle the mental and behavioral health crisis among students post-COVID-19.
