AGUILAR, CPA For over 20 years, Sergio G. Aguilar, CPA, has excelled as a finance professional. He began his education in his home country of Mexico, earning a BA in accounting and finance at Universidad La Salle. He has since worked for several institutions in Mexico and the United States, including PricewaterhouseCoopers, Praxair México and the Hospital Corporation of America, where he served as a financial auditor. Since 2022, he has been the senior of internal audit at Rogers Group Inc. As a finance professional, Mr. Agular specializes in the corporate sector. While at Stein Construction, a medium-sized company in Chattanooga, Tennessee, he aided the finance team in overseeing the company’s closure. Negotiating on behalf of an Ecuadorian company, he played a pivotal role in helping the company secure a $50 million loan and remains friends with the company’s owner. In addition to his other positions, Mr. Aguilar is a former co-owner of Bellevue Property Management LLC. Looking to the future, he plans to establish his own consulting business, aiming to assist organizations established by immigrants or second-generation immigrants. In 1999, Jason E. Bartow joined Bartow Insurance. Building on a successful career in insurance, he began running the Eugene A. Bartow Insurance Agency in 2023. As the company’s executive vice president, he works directly with clients to consult, review and implement policies for large accounts. Mr. Bartow’s notable achievements include being the presidentelect of the Professional Insurance Agents Association of New York and past president of the Young Insurance Professionals of New York. He also served as the treasurer for the Agents Advocacy Coalition and is the chair of the government affairs committee for PIA, which involves meeting with local and federal elected leaders to review insurance laws. He also acts as the chairman of the National Jewish Sports Hall of Fame in Commack, New York. In the future, Mr. Bartow hopes to see the Bartow Insurance Agency’s business increase, and he plans to navigate any upcoming changes to the economy and marketplace.
