Lee is a sales executive with nearly two decades of manufacturing and construction industry leadership experience. She began operating in her industry in 1998 at NCI Building Systems in a leadership training program, working for a metal building manufacturer. While she initially faced challenges as a Spanish language learner and a woman in a male-dominated field, she earned the respect of her peers through her willingness to learn while working in all areas of the company. Other roles at NCI Building Systems included continuous improvement manager, operations manager, integration and development manager, and district manager. It was in her role as a district manager that Ms. Lee learned that sales growth was a direct result of the training and technical knowledge from all her prior years of experience. Ms. Lee joined Campana Building Consultants in 2018 as a district manager and IDEAS sales consultant. Today, she is the president of the company.
