His company, Fox Mountain Consulting Inc., takes on the responsibility of ensuring that all bills are paid, all projects completed to the client’s satisfaction, and all involved parties are protected from financial harm. As the president of Fox Mountain Consulting since 2009, Mr. Moore focuses on administrative tasks, underwriting, and strategizing proper placement of contractors and manufacturers. His responsibilities include gathering information and assessing the credibility and financial capacity of clients. Though Mr. Moore initially managed operations independently, he now oversees a small accounts team while handling the larger and more complex accounts himself. Mr. Moore prides himself on going beyond what’s expected from the usual corporate underwriting process by carefully examining each client’s reputation, character and record. He and his team communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure that clients have the necessary credentials to get the job done. Mr. Moore has implemented a compliance policy that allows his organization to effectively provide services without affecting the records of its clients. In addition to his work at Fox Mountain Consulting, Mr. Moore has served as an agent at North Castle Agency since 2021. Prior to that, he contributed as the president of Mosholu Montefiore Community Center from 2001 to 2021 and the vice president of surety at Professional Risk Managers, now Brown & Brown, from 1996 to 2003. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Marist College. Looking to the future, Mr. Moore plans to pass on the trade secrets he has acquired over the years, enabling him to take a step back from his business. However, he does not see himself entering full retirement, as he enjoys his work and is reluctant to part from it. Mr. Moore is considering selling his business one day, but he maintains a passion for the industry and intends to continue his involvement.
