This initiative allowed dealers to track their work and monitor their progress toward their goals on a single platform. Moving forward, Ms. Linco strives to become the chief technology officer of Moby Capital within the next three to five years. She credits her success to her motivation and growth mindset, believing that the only limits are those she imposes on herself.
