Originally from India, he earned a Bachelor of Science in mathematics and physics at Maharaja’s College and a Master of Science in computer science and business from Andhra University. After immigrating to the United States, he began working as a research engineer at Wipro in 1995. Mr. Pappu has enjoyed a nearly 30-year career with Wipro. Today, he operates as the company’s general manager and business head. As part of his work, he notably collaborated with Autotech as an information technology service enabler, engaging with the business leadership — including the company president — to devise a strategy where they could develop products, oversee implementation and outsource service management. Familiarizing himself with Autotech’s technology, Mr. Pappu developed an aptitude in providing specialized support to enhance their customer service operations. Prior to his current position, he worked as the group head of client solutions and strategy and as an information technology consultant. Whether working alongside his team or with his customers, Mr. Pappu prioritizes collaboration and togetherness. He remains deeply passionate about his customers and always seeks to meet their needs to the best of his ability. Thinking back on his career, he believes these traits, along with his analytical skills and expertise, are responsible for his success.
