He worked with Teracomm, Allterco and its subsidiaries in various executive positions for nearly 20 years. In 2019, Mr. Todorov co-founded and became the chief executive officer of Shelly USA, telecommunications company spinning off from Teracomm. He has been instrumental in transforming the company from a small office to a globally recognized enterprise with a workforce of over 200 employees. Though he faced numerous challenges while growing Shelly USA, Mr. Todorov is filled with deep pride and a sense of accomplishment when contemplating the company’s success. Despite this, he fondly recalls the early days of the company when building personal relationships with clients was more feasible. In the future, Mr. Todorov anticipates passing on the role of chief executive officer in favor of embarking on a new venture. To those interested in emulating his career path, he advises equal parts thirst for achievement and flexibility of thought. Mr. Todorov believes a successful leader must remain curious and open to new solutions and ideas. Svetlin Todorov has demonstrated diligence and leadership across 20 years as an executive. Originally from Bulgaria, he studied literature and the cultural sciences at Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.
