He has served as the vice president of the Americas and modernization business line manager of Arcad Software since 2019. In these roles, he oversees the region’s budget, sales and development strategy, in addition to managing a diverse team of marketing and sales professionals. Mr. Codinach and his team aim to continue expanding the company’s market footprint and maintain strong and long-lasting client relationships. Mr. Codinach’s career spans over 35 years, beginning in his native France, where he built a reputation for savvy leadership and his ability to merge management skills with technical expertise. He became the chief operating officer of Arcad Software in 2015 and relocated to the United States in 2019 to move into his current roles. Today, he is working toward helping the company move into the Latin American market. Mr. Codinach credits his success to his work ethic and interpersonal skills, and he is proud of his ability to innovate and build connections. Coon is a computer scientist and executive leader whose career has specialized in cybersecurity and business development for federal contractors and intelligence agencies. A graduate of Western Governors University, she holds a Bachelor of Science in information technology management and a Master of Science in information security, and she achieved a Doctor of Computer Science in cybersecurity and information assurance by Colorado Technical University in 2021. Since 2021, she has been the president of Pentagon Cyber Inc., and in 2023, she was named director of business development at the Kenjya-Trusant Group LLC, building on more than a decade of experience as a direct employee of the Federal Bureau of Investigation and with private-sector cybersecurity contractors including L3Harris Technologies and General Dynamics Information Technology. In the coming years, she hopes to facilitate collaboration between schools in the United States and Africa and create cybersecurity employment pipelines in developing countries.
