To wit, he boasts multifaceted expertise in global operations, digital transformation, training, transitions, quality assurance, workforce management, analytics, control and compliance. Since 2023, Mr. Manishi has served as the corporate vice president and global operating leader for WNS Holdings Limited. He oversees engagement and service delivery for one of the largest North America insurance organizations in the United States. Likewise, he leads the global engagement for more than 1,100 colleagues across the United States, Philippines, South Africa and India, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Anshuman originally joined WNS in March 2020. Before WNS, Mr. Manishi worked with American Express for six years as director of business strategy, service excellence, and analytics for finance and controllership function. Furthermore, he established the company’s center of excellence in India for the sales incentive program by leading the work migration from 19 countries. He received the Finance Visionary and Centurion Awards in honor of his achievements. Mr. Manishi also worked with Genpact for 11 years in various roles, including operations, transitions, solutioning and transformation. During this time, he was recognized with a Diamond Award and multiple Achiever’s Awards. He also holds several academic degrees and certifications, including a BS in physics from Tilka Majhi Bhagalpur University, Underwriting Certification from the Insurance Institute of America, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and a Harvard Certificate in Leadership Excellence. In the coming years, Mr. Manishi aims to take on a mentoring role that will allow him to contribute further to his industry and society at large. To wit, he is seeking opportunities to offer guidance and share his experience with others. Mr. Manishi also aspires to transition into a consulting position, leveraging his extensive expertise in various aspects of the corporate world to enhance customer experience and drive improvement within organizations.
