She earned her Bachelor of Science at the College of Mount St. Joseph and is committed to lifelong learning and growth as both a scientist and an executive. One of Ms. Ipach’s notable achievements includes establishing an active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) facility in China. This project required her to manage regulatory and quality aspects in accordance with Food and Drug Administration requirements for two years prior to the facility’s completion. As the facility was designed to produce products for the U.S. market, it needed to satisfy both Chinese and U.S. regulatory standards. This complex process demanded exceptional diligence, culminating in successful compliance and realizing a long-held career goal for Ms. Ipach. In recognition of her outstanding contributions to the industry, Ms. Ipach received the Visionary Award from the National Association of Women Business Owners in 2012. Looking ahead, she is focused on the growth of Compliance Insight, with ambitions to double the company's size within the next five to ten years. She is excited about the emerging opportunities in her field and the potential for scientific advancements to enhance longevity, empowering individuals to live well beyond 100 years. Ipach brings nearly 40 years of expertise in regulatory affairs and quality assurance to her roles as the president and chief executive officer of Compliance Insight Inc., positions she has held since 2000.
