Of her career highlights, Ms. Golovanenko considers the most remarkable to be the establishment of Inner Evolutions, where she serves as an executive, entrepreneur and life coach. Through Inner Evolutions, she endeavors to give others the tools to maintain a healthy work-life balance while pursuing their aspirations. Ms. Golovanenko considers it her mission to empower her clients to realize their full potential and live fulfilling lives. Prior to immigrating to the U.S., Ms. Golovanenko attended Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in management in customs and border protection business in 2005 and a master’s degree in management in organization and economics in 2006. In 2012, she returned to school, obtaining a Master of Business Administration from Strayer University. Looking to the future, Ms. Golovanenko hopes to expand Inner Evolutions into the corporate sector. She also plans to create a retreat center for women who have been victims of abusive relationships, offering a safe and nurturing environment where they can receive the necessary support and resources. A s an immigrant from Ukraine, Olga S. Golovanenko has worked tirelessly to build a successful career in the United States despite limited resources.
