Kalashian has made a name for himself in the fabrication and manufacturing industry as the owner of Miltech, LLC, an independent venture launched in 2018. Mr. Kalashian has spent 26 years in the field, beginning in 1998 as a corrugator operator for Packaging Corporation of America. He worked with the Poblocki Sign Company LLC for five years before gaining experience as a metal fabricator and welder for Benz Metal Products, Inc. From 2008 to 2010, he served as a plant manager in the fabrication division at Eventec, and from 2010 to 2013, he was a laser manager for Technical Metal Specialties Inc, developing the skills he would later use in opening Miltech LLC. Prior to opening his own company, he spent six years at Northland Laser in service, sales, training, installation and applications. In addition to his practical work experience, Mr. Kalashian holds certificates in metal technology, trades mathematics and structural welding from Milwaukee Area Technical College and a certificate in project management from Villanova University. He is a member of the Fabricators and Manufacturers Association International, a professional association for the metal processing, forming and fabrication industries, and has made a significant contribution to those industries through training and playing a crucial role in his company’s growth and development. Determined to expand his brand and reach out to more businesses, Mr. Kalashian has set the goal of assisting clients in avoiding expensive mistakes common during the initial stages of a fabrication project. Attributing his success to his perseverance, extensive experience, understanding of customer needs and multifaceted perspective on the industry, he is proud to deliver top-quality consulting, training and services to clients.
