238 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine FINANCE AND INSURANCE Shelley Knight-Bourn finds the greatest satisfaction in working to benefit the lives of others. In her role as a senior internal auditor at Toyota Boshoku America, she contributes through her extensive experience in compliance and audits. Over the course of her career, she has gained valuable insight into testing internal controls, identifying potential issues and offering recommendations. As a senior team member, she collaborates with upper management to address and provide support in resolving operational challenges. In addition to being a certified public accountant, Ms. Knight-Bourn holds multiple degrees from Kent State University. She earned an associate degree in 2001 and went on to receive a Bachelor of Science in accounting in 2003 and both a Master of Science in accounting and a Master of Business Administration in 2006. Outside of her career, Ms. Knight-Bourn is dedicated to community service and mentoring. She volunteers in organizing and planning for organizations, including the Junior League of Stark County and the Ohio JCI Senate, in order to make a positive impact. SENIOR INTERNAL AUDITOR Toyota Boshoku America Massillon, OH John C. Pintozzi celebrates nearly four decades of success in financial planning and analysis. Prior to his retirement in 2024, he served as the senior vice president, controller and chief accounting officer at Allstate Insurance Company. His tenure with the company lasted for over 20 years, during which time he committed himself to developing the employees under his leadership. Mr. Pintozzi considers his most significant achievement to be the successful divestiture activity during his time as a vice president of Allstate. While on the investment team, he aided a substantial system overhaul and was a member of the investment committee. As the chief financial officer, he increased allocation to private assets, representing a significant shift in the company’s portfolio. He holds an MBA in finance from The University of Chicago and a BS in accounting from Northern Illinois University. Looking ahead, Mr. Pintozzi hopes to remain actively engaged with nonprofit boards while seeking new opportunities. He is interested in making a positive impact through such programs as the leadership and society initiative at the University of Chicago and the Distinguished Careers Institute at Stanford.
