(FDI), where he oversees business development for the company’s United States Navy and Marine Corps accounts. Building on a 26-year career in the United States Navy and decades as a subject matter expert in air traffic control and regulations, he has directed numerous successful projects for both public and privatesector clients. Before entering his current role, Dr. McCoy worked directly with the Federal Aviation Administration for several years. In his present position, he leverages his extensive experience in all areas of air traffic control, including personnel development, airfield design and management, UAS and regulatory compliance. Dr. McCoy holds a PhD degree in theology from Northern Illinois University. He also holds multiple certifications and completed senior executive-level leadership courses in military justice and civil law at the Naval Justice School. Looking ahead, he hopes to transition into clinical psychology in the coming years, though he remains dedicated to helping FDI grow, with the eventual goal of building the company into a $300 million enterprise. Vincent E. Miles Jr. is a rising expert in the field of public administration. Since 2021, he has served as a public relations and government affairs representative for the City of Coatesville in Pennsylvania, having originally begun as a public administrator. In this role, he assesses city conditions, manages public policy, assists policymakers and legislators, and creates and participates in community projects. Prior to the onset of his career, Mr. Miles pursued a formal education, ultimately achieving an MPA at West Chester University in 2020. Today, he continues his studies toward a doctorate in public policy and administration at the institution. In addition to his academic credentials, he holds social and behavioral research certifications from the CITI Program. To commemorate his early successes in the field, Mr. Miles has received several accolades, including being featured by VISTA Today, which acknowledged his impactful contributions in the field. Attributing his achievements to his faith, the support of his family, and his clear vision for the future, he hopes to play a more important role in federal government in the coming years, in addition to his work at the local level.
