After earning his degree, he went on to work as a producer’s assistant for Jerry Bruckheimer Films and as a line producer for Shaolin Film Production Inc. In the future, Mr. Cohen plans to continue remaining at the forefront of emerging technology and aiding the film industry in adapting to the use of AI and virtual reality in business and entertainment. He is interested in assuming board positions at startup companies to help them grow and scale, and he intends to sell another business to continue to fund his current projects. Matt H. Cohen attributes his success in the film industry to hard work and the positive influence of those around him, who pushed him to strive. In 2023, he co-founded Home, a company specializing in commercial content strategy and video production. As an executive producer, he promotes the company’s work and oversees outreach efforts and communication with potential clients. Of all his achievements, Mr. Cohen considers his most notable to be selling a previous business endeavor, Point Seven Labs. Prior to its sale, he scaled the company from two employees to over 100. Earlier in his career, he worked with Falkon Content, overseeing the production of “McEnroe vs. McEnroe”, a project created in partnership with FCB Global starring John McEnroe as an artificial intelligence (AI) version of his younger self. His work has earned numerous industry awards and honors, including a Sports Emmy Award during his time with Falkon Content and a 2021 Daytime Emmy Award.
