440 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine TECHNOLOGY Steven David Singer is well-regarded as a technology industry expert, having recently joined Julius Silvert as the company’s chief information officer in 2024. In this position, he develops and implements information technology (IT) strategies aligned with business objectives. Likewise, he ensures robust data security measures and governance practices are in place while optimizing IT resource allocation and tracking performance metrics. Mr. Singer also teaches computer science at Rowan University as an adjunct professor. As part of his vocational journey, he earned a BS in computer technology and security at Drexel University and both an MSIM and MBA in management and operations at the University of Phoenix. In the coming years, Mr. Singer aims to continue leveraging the power of cloud technology and artificial intelligence to drive Julius Silvert forward. He is confident in his leadership abilities and anticipates stepping into the role of chief executive officer to personally guide the company to new heights. Outside of his career, he remains passionate about community initiatives and volunteering as a local firefighter. Millennium Magazine Featured Listee CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER Julius Silvert Shamong, NJ The Rev. Yaciel Edelio Tellez Toledo has spent his career as a teacher, cybersecurity professional and advocate for children. Since 2021, he has served as the first chief information security officer for the New Mexico Children, Youth and Families Department, building on a lengthy career of working in different roles for the state. Devout in his religious faith as well, Mr. Toledo founded and remains the pastor of his own ministry, Heart of Worship. As part of his vocational journey, Mr. Toledo obtained a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Computer Science in 2008 in Havana, Cuba, followed by a bachelor’s degree in education from the José de la Luz y Caballero University of Pedagogical Science in 2008. In 2012, he achieved an MBA at the University of Phoenix. Looking to the future, Mr. Toledo aspires to become his department's chief information officer and improve the services it provides to families across the state. He is also currently pursuing a PhD in transdisciplinary cybersecurity at the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology.
