As part of his vocational journey, he pursued a formal education, earning an associate degree at Suffolk County Community College in 1999. After graduating, Mr. Kesner quickly developed a reputation for versatility and quality. Since 2017, he has served in his leadership role at Ryan T. Kesner Architect, PC. The firm has taken on a variety of unique projects, including pharmaceutical company offices, a store design for a fast-casual restaurant chain, and an outpatient medical plaza. Among its various projects, the company is well-regarded and best known for its residential builds in the Hamptons. Mr. Kesner remains active in all aspects of his company’s operation, including staff development, client liaisons and long-range planning, in addition to completing design work at all stages. In recent years, he has shifted into a more active mentorship position with his employees. To wit, he notably helped one employee obtain a professional license and supported another through completing an advanced degree. As an established, award-winning professional in his field and a unique figure in his community, Mr. Kesner is active in various charitable outreach and fundraising projects, including with Habitat for Humanity, pro bono work on a community ice rink, and support of the Suffolk Community College Foundation. He also regularly participates in the Caring for Kids Gala and a production of the Jerome Bettis Bus Stops Here Foundation.
