In the coming years, Mr. Fabietti is focused on advancing his career with the goal of assuming the role of chief executive officer at a prominent global hotel management company. To wit, he has already obtained diverse experience in his career to lay the foundation for future leadership qualifications. Additionally, he aspires to become a known public and motivational speaker to inspire and mentor future leaders across various industries. Since 2024, Jonathan M. Fabietti has served as the vice president of compliance for Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions. The third-party hotel operator manages various brands, including Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG Hotels and Resorts, Choice Hotels and Wyndham. Mr. Fabietti is responsible for managing financial liability, improving guest service scores and ensuring brand compliance with key initiatives. In addition, he organizes community initiatives both for individual properties and the corporate office. Mr. Fabietti chose to pursue a career in the hotel industry while attending St. Joseph’s University back in 2014. He chose this career because of his lifelong passion for helping others and the impact he has had on those around him.
