Mr. Preston began his legal career at Warnock MacKinlay Law PLLC, quickly rising to become a managing partner by 2016. Under his leadership, the firm has grown to approximately 50 employees, handling catastrophic and wrongful death personal injury cases. A fierce and compassionate advocate, he takes great pride in representing injured individuals against powerful organizations, securing justice and substantial compensation for his clients. Looking ahead, Mr. Preston is committed to further elevating Warnock MacKinlay Law into a household name, with a goal of securing a verdict exceeding $20 million. Personally, he is dedicated to continual self-improvement — mentally, emotionally and physically. Outside the courtroom, he and his wife, Brittany, share a passion for global travel, having explored all seven continents, from trekking with wild gorillas in Africa to diving with tiger sharks.
