Bradley leverages over a decade of experience as a proven expert in the field of food science and safety. She currently operates as the director of food safety and quality assurance (FSQA) for Seaboard Foods, where she has otherwise excelled as a leader in production safety for nearly 15 years. She originally joined the business in 2012 as a production supervisor and subsequently became a regulatory food safety manager in 2016 before taking on her current role in 2022. She now oversees a staff of approximately 125 to ensure collaboration between the production, food safety, and quality assurance teams. Prior to beginning her vocational journey, Ms. Bradley earned a bachelor’s degree in food science at Kansas State University in 2011. Adjacent to her primary professional pursuits, she is a member of the Wild West Extension District Board. Furthermore, she is active in mentoring others new to the industry. She also raises lambs and supports 4H programming for regional youth with her family’s company, Williams Family Club Lambs. Ms. Bradley is proud to be a young woman in leadership in a traditionally male-dominated field. Will Allgood is a seasoned sales leader with over 25 years of industry experience, currently serving as the director of sales for Zurn Elkay Water Solutions. A graduate of Louisiana State University with a BS in marketing, he began his career with Ferguson Enterprises in 1999, quickly earning President’s Club honors for outstanding sales achievement. In 2009, he joined Viking Group, where he excelled as a President’s Club territory manager, consistently exceeding sales goals and establishing himself as a trusted advisor in the fire protection industry. Mr. Allgood’s success continued in 2018 when he joined Zurn Elkay (formerly Zurn Industries) as a senior business development manager. He subsequently became the director of fire and waterworks, driving significant growth, optimizing sales processes and strengthening market presence. Promoted as the director of sales in 2024, he now oversees sales strategy and operations across the South-Central United States, fostering relationships with contractors, engineers, distributors and architects. A devoted husband to his wife, Amy, and father of three children, Mr. Allgood is also a dedicated youth sports coach, channeling his leadership skills to inspire young athletes in his community.
