After graduating from Oakland University, Mr. Khan began working as a Bartech employee at Ford World headquarters in Dearborn, Michigan. From 1999 to 2005, he worked on projects and assignments with both Ford Motor Company and Visteon Corporation, where he gained exposure to various aspects of the automotive industry. In 2004, he took on a role as a web specialist and technical writer, marking the beginning of his career in front-end user interface development. In 2005, Mr. Khan became a government contractor working with the Department of Homeland Security, shifting from operating as a technical writer and documentation specialist to working in web content management and then front-end web development. During this time, he took on his most fulfilling project — redesigning the U.S. Postal Service’s website. As one of six developers employed by Advanced Technical Resourcing, he worked with Hewlett Packard, Accenture and Northrop Grumman to build the website’s components. Following many years of success in the field of technology, Mr. Khan purchased Lion Club LLC in 2024, and he currently serves as the company’s owner and senior front-end developer. Over the coming years, he strives to grow his business, concentrating on marketing efforts and offering web development services as a freelancer. He also looks forward to mentoring students and newcomers in the web development industry, fostering the next generation of professionals. A sad Khan is a pioneer in the field of management information systems. When the field was relatively new, he began studying at Oakland University, earning a Bachelor of Science in management information systems and a Bachelor of Arts in Russian language and civilization in 1998.
