Vaccaro oversees operations from the company’s headquarters. Throughout his 20-year career, he has primarily been involved in the operational and commercial aspects of the transportation and logistics business. Beginning as a truck operations analyst and transitioning into a commercial role during the latter part of his career, he gained extensive knowledge of the industry from the ground up. Mr. Vaccaro has operated with Flexi-Van Leasing since 2018. In addition to his many years of industry experience, he holds a BA in political science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Prior to his current position, he worked with other industry leaders, including Maersk, MOL (America) Inc. and Central States Trucking. Mr. Vaccaro considers his most notable achievement to be navigating cargo delivery during the COVID-19 pandemic, providing customers with timely service despite disrupted supply lines.
