18 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine Ed Perez has enjoyed more than 35 years of success in the real estate industry. As a sales executive and broker with Raveis Real Estate since 2005, he has led a team of four registered agents in Connecticut. He is proud to have cultivated a reputation for integrity and hard work over the course of his career, with his clients looking to him as a reliable and trustworthy source of information. Mr. Perez’s was first exposed to his industry as a young man when he began flipping condos in New Jersey and Long Island, New York. When he moved to Connecticut, he sold all of those properties and obtained a real estate license before joining Raveis Real Estate. In addition to his many years of experience, he holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Manhattan University. In the coming years, Mr. Perez looks forward to continuing his work in the real estate industry and guiding his team toward further success. He may expand his marketing activities to Vermont, where he plans to relocate and advance his real estate career.
