Likewise, understanding different cultures across the globe and engaging in meaningful conversations has helped Mr. Marino replicate successful business structures implemented in international markets and bring these structures to the American market. After graduating from Youngstown State University with a BBA in 1998, Mr. Marino began a career in operations. He then transitioned from operations to manufacturing, gaining valuable experience and insight into the needs of operators. He spent over a decade at a general manufacturing facility in the United States, working in various roles focused on sales, operations, manufacturing design and technical aspects. Today, he is well-regarded for his unique industry expertise in ceramics, operations and manufacturing, providing unique insights and capabilities. Recognized as a leader in his field, he is known for his technical expertise and ability to optimize manufacturing efficiencies. Mr. Marino is responsible for creating an FTD facility in the U.S., enabling RAK Porcelain USA to import goods without paying export duties when shipping them out of the country, thereby facilitating expansion within the Western Hemisphere. Moving forward, he plans to further expand into the Americas, encompassing North, Central and South America, as well as the Caribbean. John H. Marino III has accrued nearly two decades of experience in the manufacturing industry. Since 2021, he has served as the president and chief executive officer of RAK Porcelain USA, a global organization operating in over 170 different countries.
