As a senior project engineer with Entrust Solutions Group, she specializes in electrical, mechanical, and solar projects, focusing on achieving zero emissions for the United States, reducing carbon emissions, and implementing waste reduction measures. Over the course of her career, Ms. Ali has expanded renewable energy projects, overseeing large-scale initiatives and establishing hydrogen stations in Charlotte, North Carolina. In addition, she has been dedicated to enhancing natural gas and electrical infrastructure to promote sustainability. By implementing measures such as relocating electrical lines underground and ensuring compliance with pre-startup safety review (PSSR) and safety management protocols, she remains committed to ensuring the safety of all projects and personnel. Moving forward, Ms. Ali is dedicated to promoting positivity and working toward zero emissions. Recognizing the severe pollution in our environment and the reality of global warming, she is committed to positive change through raising awareness. SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER Entrust Solutions Group Encino, CA Matthew L. Gochnour has enjoyed several decades of success as an engineer. In 2021, he created Watchtower Consultants LLC, providing engineering and management consulting in the oil & gas sector, progressing project developments and operations across energy sectors, including subsea and LNG. After earning a bachelor’s degree at the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2005, Mr. Gochnour joined BP and progressed through multiple engineering roles for a decade. As an engineer, he played a pivotal role in the Macondo oil spill response, conducting initial diagnostics on the failed blowout preventer and designing the pressure management and data acquisition systems for the capping stack that successfully closed off the well. He subsequently organized a subsea operations team, established a triage process and managed various operational issues. Mr. Gochnour joined the Jordan Cove LNG project team in 2015 for discipline engineering and project management. He progressed plant designs through FEED, developed the EPC SOW, and managed complex security and emergency response planning, engaging with stakeholders and the Oregon DOE.
