Ronald James “Jim” Haeger Jr. is a senior highway engineer at E.P. Ferris & Associates, building on more than 40 years of expertise in road and highway construction, design and safety. His professional portfolio includes major roadway overhaul projects for the cities of Gahanna and New Albany, Ohio, in addition to privatesector work for Amazon, Facebook and Google campuses. Beyond his technical skills, Mr. Haeger is well-regarded for his emphasis on education and training. To wit, he has proudly served as a mentor to numerous younger engineers throughout his career. Mr. Haeger holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Michigan State University, building on a lifelong love of mathematics and a desire to serve the community. He credits his success to his work ethic and strong values, particularly his commitment to others. While he celebrates his many career achievements, Mr. Haeger considers his greatest work to have been successfully raising his children as a single parent. Albert Johnson is an experienced executive with a proven track record in the oil and energy industry. He has negotiated and participated in deals worth over $6 billion, excelling in mergers and acquisitions, petroleum refining, operations, and crude oil pipelines and terminals. He earned an MBA in finance at Rice University’s Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Business and a BA in history at The University of Texas at Austin. Since 2018, Mr. Johnson has served as the executive vice president of commercial development for Element Fuels. He is also an independent board director for NASDAQ-traded Vivakor. He was a member of the management committee and board of directors for joint venture assets owned by Sunoco Logistics Partners LP, including SunVit Pipeline LLC and West Texas Gulf Pipe Line Company LLC. Previously, he was the vice president of business development at Navigator Energy Services LLC. Mr. Johnson envisions establishing new cutting-edge facilities for Element Fuels. He strives to facilitate a technical shift from traditional methods of producing transportation fuels to a more sustainable solution, positioning the company at the forefront of the evolving energy landscape.
