FLETCHER For 25 years, Jason D. Fletcher has cultivated a fulfilling career in the finance industry. Since 2014, he has served DF Consultants as a certified financial planner (CFP) and senior financial consultant, conducting research and creating business strategies for investment and portfolio management. DF Consultants specializes in investments, planning, strategy, and health, life and long-term care insurance, providing services to individuals and businesses alike. As a CFP, Mr. Fletcher guides the company’s clients and frequently meets with business owners to discuss financial planning, investments and insurance planning. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the Virginia Military Institute and a master’s degree in project management from Capella University. Mr. Fletcher is proud of his industry longevity and plans to continue operating in the field for many years. Likewise, he hopes to further prioritize his health alongside his career goals. Adam J. Milano, CPA, CMA, is a mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory manager at Deloitte, based in Austin, Texas. He advises private equity and corporate clients with financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions. He has experience serving clients in the financial services, energy, industrial, manufacturing and technology industries. Mr. Milano has worked on transactions ranging from $20 million to $12 billion in value, helping clients understand potential transaction risks and opportunities. Mr. Milano earned an MBA at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management in 2024 while furthering his career at Deloitte. Likewise, he is a fully Certified Public Accountant and Certified Management Accountant, having completed his exams in 2016. He joined Deloitte’s Chicago practice in 2016 as an external audit associate after graduating summa cum laude from Carthage College. Mr. Milano has built his career on the foundation of detail-oriented and client-focused work. To wit, he counsels others interested in accounting and finance to maintain a lifelong learning ethos.
