130 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENGINEERING With over 15 years of collective experience to his credit, Jonathan R. McBride is a rising leader in the technology industry. Since 2020, he has served as the owner and president of NXG Services, a low-voltage contracting company that operates throughout the state of Texas and other locations across the continental United States. In his leadership role, Mr. McBride specializes in low-voltage systems, fiber optics and utility construction to ensure all operations run smoothly, managing both finances and employees. In addition to leading NXG Services, Mr. McBride is the owner of Patriot HLC, a landscaping business in Rowlett, Texas. Prior to creating NXG Services, he operated as the operations manager of One Global Telecom from 2013 to 2017 and spent six years with GTI. Prior to the onset of his vocational journey, he pursued a higher education at DeVry University, where he ultimately achieved an associate degree in information technology in 2007. Shortly thereafter, he joined the United States Army, honorably serving as an E-4 combat engineer until 2012. Reflecting on his time as a business owner, Mr. McBride attributes his success to his understanding of the importance of delegating tasks. To wit, he recognizes the value of entrusting responsibilities to individuals who possess the necessary skills and expertise to execute the tasks for which they were hired. He considers the establishment of NXG Services and Patriot HLC to be his greatest professional accomplishment, demonstrating his entrepreneurial skills and business acumen. Adjacent to his primary professional pursuits, Mr. McBride also remains active as a civic-minded citizen, regularly volunteering with Lakepointe Church in Rockwall, Texas. In light of his fulfilling career, he attributes much of his success to his team. In the coming years, Mr. McBride aspires to expand the operations of both NXG Services and Patriot HLC.
