In 1992, he pivoted into technology, becoming a programmer for Hudson United Bank. He went on to lead global IT operations as the director of IT at hedge fund Khronos LLC, and he later joined Apple Inc. as a regional genius, honing his expertise in user experience and consumer tech. Today, Mr. Grau is focused on helping companies embrace artificial intelligence (A) with purpose — aligning innovation with values of inclusion, integrity and creativity. He is especially passionate about supporting the PR and marketing sectors in using AI to elevate storytelling while protecting brand trust. Victor Garayar boasts over 20 years of global experience in customer success, product management and consulting, with deep expertise in artificial intelligence (AI) and digital transformation. In 2022, he was appointed as the director of AI delivery at Amelia, a leader in conversational AI. Following Amelia’s acquisition by SoundHound AI in August 2024, he continued in this role, leading the integration of voice and conversational technologies into enterprise solutions. Mr. Garayar began his career in 2004 as an SAP consultant and steadily progressed through roles in IT leadership positions. He has since led strategic initiatives across retail, manufacturing, wholesale and agribusiness ventures. During his MBA studies at the IMD Business School, he notably developed a digital strategy for a global automotive company using AI — an experience that solidified his focus on technological innovation.
