As a recruiter, he has worked with large national companies, such as Keller Williams Realty, RE/MAX and Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, as well as luxury boutiques in both single and multiple markets. Since 2023, he has worked with Epique Realty as a member of the board of directors, focusing on global expansion as a contractor and consultant. Additionally, he supports his personal organization, which represents about half of Epique Realty. Mr. Rodriguez began his professional journey in 1999 at firms including Dyson and Dyson Real Estate, Keller Williams Realty Inc. and HK Lane Real Estate (now the Windermere Real Estate Services Company). He gravitated toward leadership early in his career, starting with a recruiting role that led to opportunities to run offices, manage regional business, and serve as vice president of United States and international growth for eXp Realty. During his time there, he successfully grew the company from 2,600 agents to over 53,000 in less than five years, gaining significant recognition. Mr. Rodriguez’s passion lies in building businesses from the ground up. To wit, he views growth and expansion as his core strengths and focus. He is proud of his work and accomplishments in expanding eXp Realty, which cemented him as a key recruiter on both the local and international levels. Ever committed to his profession, he also remains active as a member of the National Association of REALTORS and the California Desert Association of REALTORS.
