Michael Licata Jr. is an award-winning musician and composer with nearly a decade of professional experience to his credit. He specializes in cinematic composing, sound design and audio repair for film and music. Over the course of his industry tenure, his work has been featured in various film projects, including the festivalpremiered short “AAgnostic.” Since 2017, Mr. Licata has excelled as a composer for a Los Angelesbased production company, with which he has won multiple awards, including five Best Original Score accolades. Having previously pursued a formal education, he holds a Bachelor of Music in composition for film, music, games and television from the Berklee College of Music, where he graduated with honors in 2022. In addition to his scoring work, Mr. Licata excels as an EDM producer and DJ, having previously operated as a live events DJ for Flipside Events. He credits his success to his diligence and the support of his family. In the coming years, he looks forward to continuing to grow as a producer, composer and creator, and he hopes to further expand his film music career. ARTS, MEDIA AND ENTERTAINMENT FOUNDER, DESIGNER, AUTHOR, SPEAKER Anomali by Design Chicago, IL Aaron J. Gaberman is the assistant director of strategic communications for The Pennsylvania State University athletics department. Since 2022, he has primarily operated as a media liaison for the women’s ice hockey and men’s lacrosse teams. He oversees all aspects of social media marketing, brand awareness, and team record-keeping, including producing interview and social media content, writing and distributing press releases and articles, and assisting in recruitment efforts. A dedicated public relations and marketing professional with over a decade of sports industry focus, Mr. Gaberman previously managed athletic communications for Sacred Heart University and Marist College. He also served as USA Wrestling’s Upstairs Press Tribune manager. He holds a BA in sports communication from Marist College and an MA in athletic communications from Sacred Heart University. Mr. Gaberman remains active in various civic-minded activities, notably serving as an executive board member for the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital since 2014. Looking ahead, he hopes to rise to a director level role in either the sports promotion or nonprofit sectors within the next five to ten years. Justin Dauer is an internationally renowned design leader, author and speaker. As the founder of Anomali by Design, he connects clients and organizations with audiences through marketing and product design. To assist companies with their internal creative organization, he builds effective and collaborative teams, promoting a healthy and innovative culture to ensure creativity permeates business thinking and strategy. Before beginning his career, Mr. Dauer earned a BFA in visual communications at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 1998. The following year, he joined Interface Monthly Magazine as a web designer. He ultimately entered design leadership as a design director at Nansen and the vice president of design at CVS Health. Alongside his business endeavors, Mr. Dauer regularly speaks on culture and design, presenting keynotes at the UXPA International Conference, Midwest UX and St. Louis Design Week. He has also authored several books, including “Creative Culture: Human-Centered Interaction, Design, & Inspiration” and “In Fulfillment: The Designer's Journey.” He has also been interviewed in Forbes and has written articles for Aquent and CEO World Magazine.
