He currently serves as the head of SMT and business development at Parmi, a developer and supplier of in-line 3D inspection equipment. Utilizing his expertise, he has excelled in sales and executive leadership for various industry leaders, including Panasonic, in addition to his freelance and consulting efforts. In his current leadership role at Parmi, Mr. Arango oversees the creation and implementation of market expansion strategies and builds a team of professionals to help execute company plans. Before accepting his current position, he was the vice president of sales for Nano Dimension and the senior vice president of sales and marketing for Inovaxe Corporation. As part of his extensive credentials, he holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Florida and maintains a leadership role in the Surface Mount Technology Association’s Space Coast chapter. Mr. Arango began his career working in sales for Gerber Technology in 1985, ultimately becoming a sales manager with a reputation for leadership excellence by the time he left the company in 1999. Between 2000 and 2008, he operated as a regional sales manager for Universal Instruments Corporation, departing to become a national sales manager for Panasonic Factory Solutions, where he remained until 2014. That year, he joined Koh Young America as the director of sales for the Americas, and in 2016, he transitioned to become a general manager for the company. Born in Cuba, Mr. Arango came to the United States with his family as a child. In light of his fulfilling career, he credits much of his success to the example set by his father, who ascended from the role of a milkman to become the head of the Coca-Cola bottling plant in Puerto Rico. To wit, Mr. Arango developed an early understanding of the value of persistence and dedication by observing his father’s path, developing a consistent work ethic and a willingness to achieve his own goals. Anderson leverages over 20 years of experience in logistics, terminal operations and business development. Since 2023, he has served as a co-chief executive officer of Sawtooth Caverns LLC, a specialized storage facility business. The company offers high-capacity storage and testing services for NGL’s and refined petroleum products in an area central to shipping logistics. In his leadership role, Mr. Anderson oversees long-range planning, business development and the company’s large-scale operations. Raised as a third-generation family farmer, Mr. Anderson’s earliest professional goal was to become a diesel mechanic. After operating as a mechanic for a brief time, he subsequently returned to take over his family’s farm. Following his time in farm management, he operated at Savage, a global logistics and terminal operations company, as a truck driver and dispatcher between 2005 and 2009. Continuing at Savage, Mr. Anderson held numerous ascending leadership roles, working as a logistics specialist, logistics manager, operations manager, general manager and director of operations.
