He subsequently deepened his work experience as an accounting and information systems designer at Lovette Properties in 2018, as an audit intern at Farber Hass Hurley LLP in 2019, and as an IT support intern at JRW Investments in 2020. Prior to his current position with Guitar Center, he was an assurance senior for Ernst & Young between 2022 and 2023, having originally joined the firm in 2020 as an assurance staff member. Mr. Choy previously pursued a formal education at The Master’s University, achieving both a BSBA and a BS in computer and information sciences in 2020, graduating summa cum laude. During his time at the institution, he notably participated in the student government between 2018 and 2019 and was an international student leader between 2018 and 2020. Furthermore, Mr. Choy was formally recognized as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) by the California Board of Accountancy in 2022. Mr. Choy has been honored with several accolades, including both the Elijah Watt Sells Award from the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants and the John F.
